We design spaces, within the existing or from nothingness. Sometimes small and intimate, other times spacious and robust. We love straight lines, brave interventions and unexpected details.
In both private and commercial projects, we explore the (im)possible with inspiring people, always with the aim of reflecting our client's values.
Curiosity, friendship and our shared passion for challenges form the basis of our creative work.
It's nice to meet you!
A canteen for nearby businesses during lunchtime, a café for people strolling along the waterfront in the afternoon, a haven for returning yachtsmen and families who would like to enjoy a dinner à la carte with beautiful views in the evenings. Different occasions which all called for the creation of an inviting surrounding. It should be easily accessible and able to hold various kinds of formal functions. A deep blue colored wall runs along the full length of the restaurant and acts as a canvas for the minimalistic built in furniture in white and oak veneer, next to clean custom made modular tables. A mix of vintage chairs and playful fabric create a vivid contrast, whereas varying industrial lights remind of the factory grounds the site has once been. Open, transparent and light in the summer, warm and comfortable in the winter through implementing a modern interpretation of a traditional tiled stove. Subtly combined with maritime elements but not ignoring the city in the background.
