We design spaces, within the existing or from nothingness. Sometimes small and intimate, other times spacious and robust. We love straight lines, brave interventions and unexpected details.
In both private and commercial projects, we explore the (im)possible with inspiring people, always with the aim of reflecting our client's values.
Curiosity, friendship and our shared passion for challenges form the basis of our creative work.
It's nice to meet you!
An open space with enough possibilities to withdraw to was our clients brief for the planning of their newly built 170 sqm apartment for their young family with two kids. At the entrance, a dark blue functional block, which includes a seating bench, wardrobe and storage, continues into the living space where it becomes a kitchen. Opposite the kitchen, exposed concrete on the wall meets traditional herringbone parquetry. A low-board with oiled black steel surface and integrated ethanol fireplace serves as seating and storage at once. Along the longitudinal axis of the living space, plain white bespoke cabinetry includes a library, storage and ceiling height sliding doors. The choice of surfaces throughout the space, a mix of concrete, timber and handcrafted materials, continue throughout the apartment.
