We design spaces, within the existing or from nothingness. Sometimes small and intimate, other times spacious and robust. We love straight lines, brave interventions and unexpected details.
In both private and commercial projects, we explore the (im)possible with inspiring people, always with the aim of reflecting our client's values.
Curiosity, friendship and our shared passion for challenges form the basis of our creative work.
It's nice to meet you!
For their daily lunch break idealo’s employees don’t have to go far anymore. Their own canteen and open space kitchen is located on the ground floor within their headquarters factory compound. Here, up to 180 people can be seated in flexible settings, mobile timber modules placed throughout the space serve storage for cutlery, glasses and dishes. A professional kitchen is only in use sporadically for large scale events. An open space kitchen on the upper level is where all ‚idealos’ can prepare their own breakfasts and lunches on a daily basis at three large freestanding blocks. Generous open shelves are made of blank steel and expanded metal, all functional elements framing the space are kept in white, stainless steel and timber surfaces. Only the brightly tiled block in the front stands out, its color repeated as a reference within the space. In coherence with the rest of the buildings interior, everything else is kept in black and white. Plywood and original industrial lights bring a playful feel to it.
