We design spaces, within the existing or from nothingness. Sometimes small and intimate, other times spacious and robust. We love straight lines, brave interventions and unexpected details.
In both private and commercial projects, we explore the (im)possible with inspiring people, always with the aim of reflecting our client's values.
Curiosity, friendship and our shared passion for challenges form the basis of our creative work.
It's nice to meet you!
Once the backdrop for ever-changing formations of Ballet students, the space in Münster now stages dances of beautiful high-end carpets instead. Owning one ourselves is still a dream to come true, so we were thrilled to develop a new concept for the Nyhues showroom in this open split level space offering plenty of natural light. White oak flooring and a six meter long counter in handmade glazed tiles on the upper level, divided only from the lower part by a glass balustrade to assure transparency, provide the setting for this installation. Rotatable 3,50 x 2,70m steel frames are fixed off-centre to tubular steal rods which are stretched between floor and ceiling. Acting like a canvas any size of carpet can be pinned on the felt background. Each piece is given enough room to work individually while at the same time all five display panels present an ever changing dynamic collage.
